Lunch time is very important for you. 

Tip No.1 - eat more breakfast and lunch more than dinner. eating more breakfast and lunch will help your body to function very well and will be burned off during the day and your body and soul is happy.

Tip No. 2 - Try your best to snack healthy snack during the day not after 9 pm or midnight snack.

Tip No.3 If you want to help your body and mind healthy, Try your best to not over drink alcohol and smoke.
